By accessing or using the Websites or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
All materials provided on the Websites (including text, graphics, software, and data) are the property of BLUE GLORIOUS or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without our express written consent.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are the registered and unregistered marks of BLUE GLORIOUS LIMITED. Nothing contained in the Services should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include hacking, scraping, transmitting malware, or harassing other users.
BLUE GLORIOUS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any third-party websites.
THE SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BLUE GLORIOUS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BLUE GLORIOUS LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BLUE GLORIOUS LIMITED, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BLUE GLORIOUS regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
When you upload, paste, enter, or submit scripts, novels, articles, URLs, character settings, prompts, image descriptions, or other materials, you represent that you have the rights, permissions, or lawful basis to use them. You retain your rights in your submitted content, while granting BLUE GLORIOUS a limited license to process, store, transform, analyze, and generate outputs as needed to provide and improve the Services.
AI outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar or identical outputs. We do not guarantee that outputs are commercially usable, accepted by any platform, accurate, complete, or non-infringing. Before publication, filming, distribution, advertising, or commercial use, you should perform human rewriting, fact checking, copyright review, platform compliance review, and legal review.
You may not use the Services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, reputation rights, or other rights; submit unauthorized protected works and ask us to bypass similarity, review, or detection systems; or generate unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, exploitative, malware-related, manipulative, or other high-risk content.
Some features may be billed by subscription, usage, team seats, batch processing, human editing, or enterprise customization. If you use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key, meaning your own model API key) or third-party model services, requests may be processed by third parties and governed by their terms and policies. Unless separately agreed in writing, consumed credits, model calls, batch processing, and human services are generally not refundable because an output does not meet subjective expectations.
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your rights, please provide the rights holder identity, content location, proof of rights, basis for the complaint, contact details, and a good-faith statement. We may restrict access, remove content, suspend accounts, or request additional materials after reasonable review.
StageTrip is an independent concert travel and event-discovery app. It helps you organise a show, trip dates, venue preparation, checklists, budgets and practical travel tools. It is not a ticket seller, travel agency, marketplace, escrow service, fan club or official artist product, and it is not endorsed by artists, labels, venues, promoters, ticketing platforms or travel providers.
The current StageTrip release does not sell digital features. There is no subscription, trial, paywall, in-app purchase or restore-purchase flow, and the features available in the app are free to use.
Tickets, travel, transport, eSIMs and physical merchandise are purchased outside StageTrip. Before leaving the app, StageTrip identifies the destination provider. That provider receives the payment, sets its own sale and support terms, and is responsible for fulfilment. StageTrip does not receive, hold or forward your payment and does not store your payment details.
Any ticket change, event cancellation, travel change, refund request or chargeback must be handled under the linked provider’s rules. Contact the provider shown on your confirmation or receipt. StageTrip does not set refund policies, decide whether you qualify, approve or reject a request, return money, change a booking, speed up a provider’s response or handle a chargeback. StageTrip also cannot promise that a ticket, trip or other purchase will be refundable.
Event and venue details can change. StageTrip shows sample data clearly and, when real authorised information is available, should show its source and last-updated time. Always confirm with the venue or provider. StageTrip does not promise ticket availability, entry, price, authenticity, artist appearance, setlist, queue time, transport availability, visa outcome or refund eligibility.
Some clearly labelled links may earn StageTrip a commission. This does not change the price you pay, and StageTrip still does not receive your payment. A sample event or planning estimate is not live inventory, a guaranteed offer or a recommendation to buy.
StageTrip does not currently offer public posts, chat, meet-ups, carpooling, room-sharing or group buying. Never treat a listing, seller or stranger as verified just because it appears in a travel plan. Venue guidance and emergency cards are practical reminders, not medical, legal, immigration or security advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
