Privacy Policy

Effective Date: November 21, 2025

BLUE GLORIOUS LIMITED ("BLUE GLORIOUS", "we", or "us") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Services") or when you otherwise interact with us.

Company website and AI services

Information Collection and Use

BLUE GLORIOUS collects information as described below. BLUE GLORIOUS’s primary goals in collecting and using information are to create your account, provide Services to you, improve our Service, contact you, conduct research, and create reports for internal use. We store information on servers located in Hong Kong and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries.

Social Networking Websites

We may collect and record information through the social networking website you use to access any of our Services in accordance with the policies and terms of the social networking website or service provider. The information we collect when you access the Service on a social networking website may include: (1) your name, (2) your user identification number and/or username on that website, (3) locale, city, state and country, (4) gender, (5) birth date, (6) email address, (7) profile picture or its URL, and (8) the user identification numbers of your friends who are also connected to BLUE GLORIOUS’s Services.

BLUE GLORIOUS’s Sites and Applications

While you are browsing BLUE GLORIOUS's Sites or using our Applications, your computer, mobile device, or other electronic device's operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and referring website addresses may be logged automatically. We may use this information to monitor and analyze your use of the Service. In addition, we may ask you to submit information and we may process personal data such as your name, profile photo, gender, age or birthday, links to your profiles on social networking websites and other third party sites, usernames, phone number, and email and mailing addresses. We may use this information to create a user profile, contact you about your experience with BLUE GLORIOUS's Sites and Applications, send you company news and promotions, help connect you with other users, and analyze user trends.

AI Script Service Data

When you use AI script rewriting, expansion, localization, diagnosis, batch processing, collaboration, or BYOK features, we may process scripts, file names, extracted document text, URLs, prompts, character/location/prop breakdowns, generated outputs, project titles, version history, usage records, team invitation details, and error logs. BYOK means Bring Your Own Key: you provide your own model API key so the Service can call a third-party model account selected and authorized by you.

Third-Party Models, Cloud Services, and BYOK

To provide AI generation features, we may send necessary content to cloud infrastructure, model providers, storage services, queue services, analytics providers, or payment providers. If you use BYOK or bring-your-own model keys, we use related credentials only as needed to provide the feature; production environments should use encryption, access separation, and least-privilege controls. Third-party services may process data under their own policies.

AI Agent Access, Connection, and Automation Risks

Some users may access, summarize, compare, fill forms, or navigate to our Services through personal, browser, computer-use, coding, or workflow agents. AI agents may misunderstand page content, omit limitations, generate inaccurate summaries, carry scripts or personal data you provide into their own context, or help submit contact, quote, or payment intent before you fully understand the consequences. Any AI agent action should be explicitly confirmed by you. We do not recommend sharing sensitive scripts, unpublished IP, personal data, payment details, or API keys with untrusted agents.

Analytics, Cookies, and Product Improvement

We may use Google Analytics or similar tools to measure page views, language versions, conversion events, feature usage, and error states so we can understand service performance and improve the product. Unless otherwise stated, we do not sell your personal information. You may limit some tracking through browser, cookie, or platform controls.

Retention, Deletion, and Security

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services, perform contracts, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, and improve the product. You may request access, correction, or deletion of data related to you, but backups, logs, compliance records, or dispute-related records may be retained for a reasonable period. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no network transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

StageTrip

StageTrip privacy at a glance

StageTrip is designed so you can plan a concert trip without creating an account. In the current release, there is no StageTrip server or cloud sync: the plans you save stay on your device.

What stays on your device

Concerts you create, saved trips, travel dates, itineraries, checklists, budgets and private notes are stored locally. From Settings, you can view an export of your StageTrip data as JSON or delete everything stored by the app. Deleting is permanent, and uninstalling the app may also remove local-only data because this release has no cloud backup.

What the app does not collect

The current StageTrip app has no account, advertising, analytics or tracking. It does not upload your plans and does not ask for contacts, location, photos, camera or notification permission. StageTrip also does not receive or store payment-card details or the amount you pay to an external provider.

Keep ticket and travel details private

Travel plans, identity details, emergency contacts, purchase history and ticket information can be sensitive. StageTrip does not need your ticket barcode, QR code, order number, legal name or payment details. Do not place those details in notes or share ticket images publicly.

External links, purchases and refunds

When you choose a named third-party link, your browser opens that provider’s site. The provider applies its own privacy policy to information you submit there. Purchases, payment, changes, cancellations, refunds, fulfilment and customer support happen with that provider, not inside StageTrip. Simply browsing or saving a trip is never silently turned into a sales lead.

The website and the app are separate

The StageTrip app does not use analytics in the current release. This BLUE GLORIOUS website is a separate service and uses the company’s GA4 configuration under this website Privacy Policy. If StageTrip later adds accounts, cloud sync, analytics or another feature that changes data handling, this notice and the app-store privacy disclosures will be updated before that feature is released.

ReelScriptor

ReelScriptor privacy overview

ReelScriptor currently requires no account and has no cloud sync. Projects, drafts, template preferences, language settings, and daily usage counters are stored in local device or browser storage and are not automatically uploaded to a BLUE GLORIOUS server.

Local projects, exports, and deletion

Local data may be removed when you clear app data, clear browser storage, or uninstall the app, and there is currently no cloud backup to restore it. Before clearing data, use copy, Markdown, or TXT export to keep anything you need.

Optional Anthropic API key

The built-in local structured generator does not require a third-party model. If you choose to enter your own Anthropic API key, selected content, prompts, and requests are sent directly from your device to Anthropic and are handled under Anthropic’s terms, privacy policy, and your account billing. The key is stored locally; protect it and do not expose it on a shared device.

The ReelScriptor app and this website

ReelScriptor local project data is separate from this company website. This BLUE GLORIOUS website uses the company’s own GA4 configuration under this Privacy Policy; website analytics cannot read local ReelScriptor scripts or API keys.

ClipVault

ClipVault privacy overview

ClipVault requires no account or cloud sync and does not collect, sell, or share personal data. Video files are not uploaded to BLUE GLORIOUS. Video titles, local URIs, size, source, added time, favorites, playlists, and playback progress stay locally on the Android device.

Media access and file selection

ClipVault uses Android media access only when you choose to scan the device video library. You can instead use the system file picker to add individual files. Import, scan, search, favorites, playlists, and clip markers are used to manage your local library.

Removing a record and deleting a file

Removing an item from the ClipVault library can leave the original video file on the device; use Android’s file manager when you want to delete the file itself. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local library information and playback progress, and ClipVault provides no cloud recovery.
